There are no late fees for the service. If the renter is late or does not arrive, the car owner is not obliged to refund the rental fee. The reservation cannot be canceled by the owner or renter once the rental has started.
If the owner and renter want to cancel the reservation by mutual consent, please contact BloxCar customer service at contact@bloxcar.fi.
The renter is late – feedback and rating can help
Giving feedback and rating to the renter is important . The car owner can provide a star rating and written feedback after the rental has ended on the reservation page. Feedback and star rating will also be shown to other car owners when the renter makes a new booking request.
